Agreement
Thespis is provided by Innovelle Systems, a South African private company with enterprise number K2026415176. These terms govern access to Thespis. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the service, you agree to them. If you use Thespis for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization.
The service
Thespis connects to an authorized GitHub repository, runs a customer-supplied demo configuration, captures the configured walkthrough, produces narration, renders a 4K demo film, and provides review, private delivery, external watch links, embeds, and publishing tools. The service is not a substitute for your own testing, backups, security review, or release approval.
Plans and payment
Production costs USD $500 per month and includes one connected repository, up to 250 render minutes per billing month, two active run slots, API and team access, the latest successful private and external artifact sets, and 90-day run and external version history. Scale costs USD $1,500 per month and includes five connected repositories, up to 1,000 render minutes per billing month, five active run slots, API and team access, the latest successful private and external artifact sets for each repository, and 90-day run and external version history.
Enterprise annual contracts start at USD $25,000. Repository allowances, render capacity, retention, deployment model, support, and final commercial terms are agreed separately and apply only when signed or accepted in writing.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Taxes, supported payment methods, invoicing, refunds, and payment processing are presented at checkout and handled by our merchant of record. Cancellation stops future renewal; access continues through the paid period unless the checkout terms or applicable law require otherwise.
Your responsibilities
- Only connect repositories and content you are authorized to use.
- Use isolated demo data and never place production credentials in demo configuration.
- Keep account credentials and API keys secure and promptly revoke compromised access.
- Share films only with viewers you are authorized to reach and protect external demo passcodes.
- Do not use the service for unlawful, abusive, infringing, or security-harmful activity.
Content and intellectual property
You retain ownership of your application, configuration, footage, text, and other input. You grant us the limited rights needed to process that input and deliver the service. You own generated demo outputs to the extent permitted by law and underlying provider terms. Thespis software, branding, documentation, and service design remain ours.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Thespis available and secure, but the standard Production and Scale plans have no guaranteed service level. We may change features to improve safety, reliability, or legal compliance. Material pricing changes apply from a future renewal after notice.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend access for non-payment, material breach, abuse, or an urgent security or legal risk. You may cancel at any time. Following termination, generated artifacts may be deleted according to the retention policy; export anything you need before access ends.
Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, the service is provided “as is” and without implied warranties. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our aggregate liability arising from the standard service will not exceed the fees you paid for it in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not exclude liability that cannot legally be limited.
Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, without overriding mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. Questions can be sent to info@thespis.dev.
